PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICIES
Blum's will seek an approval code for items purchased with a credit card from the credit card issuer. The full order amount including shipping charges will be charged to the account at time of shipment. CANCELLATIONS made prior to shipment will result with no charge to the customers credit card account.
Returns are simple. Merchandise must be returned within six weeks of receipt of your order. Customer must insure and pay all shipping costs via UPS or USPS. These costs are nonrefundable. Items returned must be in original condition with all tags still on. You may also return merchandise directly through our store at the address above.
Orders can also be made via money orders or cashiers checks, please feel free to phone us for any of your questions. Order will be shipped upon receipt of check. Please do not send cash. All shipping costs will be calculated upon submission of order prior to final check out.
